I respond to all email messages I receive, in as timely a manner as possible. But I have received several inquiries lately that were sent using bad email addresses (addresses to avoid spam in newsgroups, I guess ... or for whatever reasons people use fake email addresses).
There's nothing quite so disappointing as reading a request for information, researching a response, sending it off as a reply - only to have it bouce back as undeliverable due to a bad address.
So...please do not hesitate in sending me email. But I might send you a "canned" reply to verify your return email address first. I am sorry that this delays the reply to your inquiry. But it puts me in a much better frame of mind to research replies.
